About

 Compassion- Empathy - Respect

My name is Ann Rowe, I am originally from the UK. I have a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Psychology and Master of Psychology (Counselling). I have extensive experience working with clients with a diverse range of presentations, including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorder, depression, grief and loss, parenting stress, perinatal mental health issues and trauma.

I offer a calm, thoughtful, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where clients can feel genuinely heard and supported. My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and a deep commitment to understanding each person’s unique experiences. I value the trust my clients place in me and work collaboratively with them to explore their challenges, gain insight, and move toward meaningful change.

Throughout my work, I have supported individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, each navigating life circumstances that are personal and complex. I approach every client with care, curiosity, and compassion, recognising that no two experiences are the same.
